Sukuk

1. Only the official application form issued by FGN Roads Sukuk Company 1 Plc will be accepted.

2. The minimum subscription is ₦10,000, with additional investments in multiples of ₦1,000.

3. Enter the total amount you wish to invest in the appropriate section of the form.

4. Submit the completed form to any authorized Financial Adviser or Placement Agent.

5. Ensure full payment is made to the designated Receiving Bank at the time of submission.

6. No fees or charges will be deducted from your investment.

Additional Guidelines:
1. Residency classification refers to your country of permanent residence at the time of application — this must be clearly indicated.

2. For joint applications, complete all applicant details but note that all communication will be addressed to the first-named applicant.

3. Groups of individuals must apply in their individual names only — not under a group name.

5. Applications from unregistered firms must be made either in the name of the proprietor or individual partners. Do not use the firm’s name.

6. Corporate applications must be signed by authorized signatories and bear the company seal or official stamp.

7. Pension or provident fund applications must comply with National Pension Commission guidelines on asset custody.

8. Illiterate applicants must thumbprint the form and be assisted by an official who explains the form in their language. The official must sign as a witness.

9. Applicants should use their normal signature. If they cannot sign, a right thumbprint will serve in place of a signature.
