Jerome Olumuyiwa Ajibade is an experienced Banker with over 13 years of experience spanning lower and Middle Management levels within Operations, and Marketing functions since 2008.
He had earlier worked at United Bank for Africa (UBA) PLC (2008- 2020) where he began his career as a Bulk Teller and rose to be a cash officer and thereafter became Branch Operation Manager in 2015. His outstanding performance won him his elevation to being converted and promoted to Branch and Business Head, sales & marketing in 2017. He finally contributed as Profit Center Manager in the 5th branch of working, all at UBA PLC having worked in 5 branches of the bank leaving an impact on the business and staff.
Prior to joining One17 Capital Limited, he contributed immensely to the growth and success of Sterling Bank PLC as Team Lead, Institutional Banking business in Minna, Niger State. Muyiwa as fondly called, made a mark in contributing to the business and excellent customer service until his resignation in March 2022.
He worked briefly and contributed in the year 2021, to the Niger State Ministry of Local Government, Community Development and Chieftaincy Affairs where he was appointed a Special Adviser to the Honorable Commissioner.
Muyiwa is an alumnus of the University of Jos – he bagged a National Diploma Certificate in Accounting as well as a Second-Class, upper-division degree in Accounting. He recently got inducted as a Fellow – FICA, the National Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria.
